Aidi is an Artist and Spiritual Medium turned Death Doula. She has over 12 years of experience in the field. Her journey began with a profound personal loss-the death of her mother. Seeking answers and connection, she delved into the study of death and dying, exploring various ways to communicate with her mother’s spirit. This deep dive into the world of spirit communication became a transformative healing process leading her to discover her calling as a “Death Doula”.
A Doula is defined as a non-medical professional who provides guidance for the service of others and who supports another person through significant health-related experiences. Aidi’s has been in service to others during the dying process for over a decade. She has been a compassionate companion to those navigating the end-of-life journey. Her unique background as an artist and spiritual medium allows her to offer a holistic approach to death and dying, incorporating creativity, intuition, and spiritual connection to her practice.
Beyond her work with humans, Aidi also extends her compassionate care to animals. Recognizing the deep bond between humans and their animal companions, she provides support and guidance to pet owners facing the loss of their beloved furry friends. As an artist Aidi did portrait paintings of these beloved pets for their family.
Driven by a passion for education and advocacy, Aidi has traveled sharing her experiences and insights on death and dying and her profound connection to Spirit. She is a vocal advocate for the right to die with dignity, believing in the importance of empowering individuals to make informed choices about their end-of-life care.
Recently, Aidi faced another profound loss-the passing of her sister and her father. This personal experience has further deepened her commitment to supporting others through grief and loss. She is currently working on sharing her journey, offering comfort and understanding to those who have experienced similar losses.
Through her work as a “Death Doula”, Artist, Medium and Advocate, her goal is to transform the way we approach death and dying, creating a space for healing, understanding, and acceptance.
