Roshecia “Ro” Butler is an extraordinarily dedicated birth worker, widely recognized as a “Birth Doula,” with an impressive span of nine enriching years of experience within the field. In addition to her doula practice, she also embraces her roles as an educator, holistic practitioner, and spiritual leader, actively contributing to the vibrant Baton Rouge, LA area. Proudly nurturing her joyful family spirit, Ro is a devoted mother to three wonderful daughters and two playful pups, each adding to her fulfilling life. Currently, she is pursuing a Liberal Arts degree at Baton Rouge Community College, where she is diligently expanding both her knowledge base and practical skills. When she is not deeply engaged in her studies, she delights in expressing her creativity through various mediums such as writing and public speaking, serving her church community with passion, exploring the captivating worlds of film and photography, practicing herbal medicine with care, and lovingly tending to her flourishing garden. With aspirations firmly set on becoming both an accomplished author and an inspiring doula trainer, she is eagerly working toward her future goals.
